1. The rule

If sessions in a package are still unused 3 months after you bought it, you can ask for a refund of the unused sessions. Sessions do not expire, so you may also keep them and use them later.

2. How to ask

Email hello@coachjeo.com and say you would like a refund of your unused sessions.

3. How the amount is worked out

The refund per unused session is the price you paid for the package divided by the number of sessions in it. At the current introductory prices, that is:

The calculation uses the price you actually paid, not a later list price.

4. Method and timing

Refunds go to the original payment method. For a bank transfer, the refund goes to the account it came from. We pay it within 14 days of accepting your request. We absorb any payment-processor fees on the refund.

5. What is not refunded

The chemistry call is free, so a refund does not apply to it.

6. If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver a session, we will first offer to reschedule it. If that is not possible, you receive a full refund of the unused portion, at the per-session rate above.

7. If we end the engagement

If we conclude that coaching is not the right fit and end the engagement, unused sessions are refunded at the per-session rate above. Sessions already delivered are not refunded.

8. EU consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. If you asked us to start sessions earlier, you pay proportionally for the sessions delivered and the rest is refunded. See section 12 of the Terms & Conditions.

9. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
