Coach Jéo is the practice of Juergen Stolzlechner (Jürgen Stolzlechner), owner of GSD-S Limited. Coach Jéo is the trading name of GSD-S Limited, Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, which is the operator, contracting party and merchant.

1. Who you contract with
Your contract is with GSD-S Limited, which operates Coach Jéo. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean GSD-S Limited trading as Coach Jéo, and “you” means the client. Payment pages and receipts (Airwallex, PayPal) and booking pages and emails (Cal.com) may show GSD-S Limited as the merchant or host. This is the same operator as Coach Jéo. 2. What the service is, and is not
This is coaching, not therapy. We do not treat trauma, diagnose, or provide clinical, medical or psychological care. We cannot guarantee any outcome. If what you are facing calls for that kind of care, we will say so directly and help you find the right person.
If you are in crisis or acute distress, coaching is not the right support. Contact your local emergency services, or find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.
3. Eligibility
Coaching is for adults aged 18 and over only.
4. Chemistry call
The chemistry call is free, lasts 30 minutes and carries no obligation.
5. Packages and prices
- 3 sessions (45-60 minutes each): EUR 150.
- 6 sessions (45-60 minutes each): EUR 280.
These are introductory prices and may change for future purchases. A price change does not affect a package you have already paid for. [OWNER TO CONFIRM this last sentence]
Prices are in euros. GSD-S Limited is based in Hong Kong and charges no VAT or GST. You bear any bank, currency-conversion or local taxes that apply to you.
6. Booking and payment
Fees are due in advance through the payment link, before your first session is scheduled. Payment methods are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, international bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to availability on the payment link.
7. Rescheduling and cancellation
- With at least 24 hours’ notice you may reschedule a session once.
- With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited.
- If you do not attend (a no-show), the session is forfeited.
- We may use discretion in genuine emergencies.

8. Package validity and refunds
Sessions in a package do not expire. If sessions are still unused 3 months after purchase, you can ask for a refund of the unused ones. Details are in the Refund Policy.
9. Your responsibilities, and ending the engagement
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Pace and consent are yours to set. [OWNER TO CONFIRM any further client responsibilities, such as attendance or conduct]
If we conclude that coaching is not the right fit, we will tell you and may end the engagement. Unused sessions are then refunded at the per-session rate set out in the Refund Policy. Sessions already delivered are not refunded.
10. Confidentiality and its limits
Sessions are confidential. We disclose information about a client only: (a) where required by law, such as a court order or a request from an authority under applicable law; (b) where there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others; (c) with the client’s written consent; or (d) in anonymised form for professional supervision. How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
Coaching is not medical, legal, financial or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
12. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.
If you expressly ask us to start sessions earlier, and confirm this in writing at booking, then if you withdraw you pay proportionally for the sessions already delivered and the rest is refunded. You lose the right of withdrawal only once the service has been fully performed. [OWNER TO CONFIRM how the early-start request is captured in writing at booking]
13. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Hong Kong apply.
14. Changes and contact
